Volunteers! All adult volunteers must apply for approved volunteer status with Broward County Public Schools each year to be allowed on school grounds during school hours. Please select “Classroom Assistance” as your function.
Join PTA for the 2025-26 school year by August 29, and you could win your child’s class a pizza party! No volunteering is required. :)
Meet & Greet is on Friday, August 8. The first day of school is Monday, August 11.

What we do
We are a group of Riverglades Elementary parents, teachers, and administrators working to bring together the school community for the benefit of our students!
Each year we organize special events for the school that our kids look forward to all year, including the Boo Bash, Duct Tape Day, Creative Arts Night, Field Day, book fairs, 5th grade graduation, and much more. We run outreach programs to support our local community as well as to teach our kids the value of giving back. We raise money for Riverglades to help fund supplementary educational resources, improve and beautify our school grounds, and more. And we work closely with the Riverglades administration to represent and advocate for the concerns and priorities of Riverglades parents within the school, district, and state.
