Halloween comes to Riverglades on October 16! Join our teachers and families by hosting your own trunk. Choose a theme, decorate your trunk, and hand out treats (no tricks!) to our 1,000+ ghouls and goblins and their families. Impress our gators with your Halloween spirit, and you could be voted BEST TRUNK!
Event sponsorship includes:
Space for 1 vehicle to hand out candy/trinkets, meet Riverglades families and hand out promotional material for your business
Promotion of your business on Riverglades PTA’s social channels, email newsletter distributed to 1,200+ parents and community members, and printed event collateral
Where and when:
Friday, October 16 at Riverglades Elementary
Trunk set-up must be complete by 4pm
Low-sensory hour for children with ASD will run from 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Event will be open to the general public 5:30pm - 8:00pm
Trunk guidelines
Decor must be appropriate for elementary-aged children.
Sponsors are asked to provide their own supplies (i.e., trunk decor, candy/giveaways, table if desired, etc.)
Candies must be individually wrapped. Allergy-friendly options or small toys are also welcomed.
Please note: Payment and logo must be received by October 6, 2026. Sponsors are asked to please provide your own decor and giveaways. Thank you for your support!
